Good morning or good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today for this important event that will mark the history of our company. Yesterday, Holcim has announced its intent to list its full North American business in the U.S. through capital market separation.

I am Benedicte Mayer from the Investor Relations team, and I am here with our Chairman and CEO, Jan Jenisch; and our CFO, Steffen Kindler. Today, they will walk us through the strategic and financial rationale of the planned transaction and elaborate on the clear benefits that it is expected to unlock for our North American business, for Holcim and all of our stakeholders.
