Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our Q3 Trading Update. It's a pleasure to reconnect with all of you today. For those of you who do not know me, I am BÃ©nÃ©dicte Mayer from the Investor Relations team. And I am here with our Chairman and CEO, Jan Jenisch; and with our CFO, Steffen Kindler. As usual, Jan and Steffen will share their perspective and discuss the company's performance over the last 9 months. And after that, we will open the floor for your questions.
