We would like to present our financial results using the presentation material titled Financial Highlights for Fiscal Year 2018. Let us first present highlights.
Net sales stood at JPY 4,143.5 billion, increased by 9.2% year-on-year. Operating income, JPY 372.1 billion, up by 7.2%. Ordinary income, JPY 359.4 billion, up by 4.3%. And net income attributable to owners of the parent, JPY 237.4 billion, up by 0.5%.
The fiscal year 2018, the final year of the fifth medium-term management plan, net sales, operating income, ordinary income and net income were all at record-high levels. As a result, we significantly outperformed initial targets of the fifth medium-term
