First of all, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Covestro AG and as a result, Chairman of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, I call the fourth regular Annual Shareholders' Meeting to order. On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Management, I would like to welcome all shareholders as well as shareholders' representatives and representatives from the media. All members of the Supervisory Board are present here at today's Annual Shareholders' Meeting, all members of the Board of Management as well. I'd also like to welcome [Dr. Mark Hammonds], the notary public from Cologne, who will again be in charge of the notarized meeting of our Shareholders' Meeting.
