Okay. Good morning, and welcome to this trading update post the January 23 renewal season. It's quite something to think this is already our third renewal season. And when we put the original plan together over five years, we obviously made assumptions around the way the market would expect to unfold in the [world of a] plan. And as we know, the market never fails to surprise in that respect.
We always said that we wanted to build a business that would be able to respond quickly and proactively to market events. And we can talk you through some of the actions that we've seen over the course of the last eight weeks or so. And I think we've probably demonstrated that we're in a good place to be able to do that.
So a market background -- next slide, please. Thanks. Yeah. So market background, I won't dwell on this too long. A lot of people on the call will know the background to the industry changes. I think the key point for us is that it was a structural shift in the marketplace. Three main drivers of that are listed up there.
