Thank you, Josh, and good morning. Thank you all for dialing in. As usual, I'm joined by Palmer Brown, our CFO.

I'm sure you've all seen today's trading statement.

Before opening the call to questions, I'd like to say a few brief words on our first quarter performance and our outlook.

We're really pleased and encouraged by our start to the year. Growth was driven by an improved performance across all sectors, with a limited impact from the Omicron variant in the first quarter. Almost 2 years after the start of the pandemic, the group is nearly back to pre-COVID revenues, reaching 97% in the quarter. Of course, the mix is now different.
