Thank you very much, and good morning to everyone. As usual, I'm joined by Karen Witts this morning, our CFO, to answer your questions on our 2020 results. Of course, no year is the same, but 2020 has been a challenging one for Compass. Although we continue to live in uncertain times, we're entering a new fiscal year in good shape. We're controlling the controllable. We're evolving our strategy, adapting our operations and focusing on execution and improving the quality of the business so we can emerge from the pandemic strong than we've ever been.
