Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for dialing in. As usual, I'm joined by Karen Witts, our CFO. I'm sure you've read this morning's statement. And before opening the call to questions, I'd like to say a few words on our performance and outlook.

We've had an encouraging start to the year. We continue to perform well and to deliver industry-leading growth and margins, whilst at the same time, we continue to invest in the business to drive long term, sustainable, profitable growth.
