Thank you, Christian. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all for dialing in. I'm delighted to be joined for the first time by Karen Witts, our Compass Group CFO. I'm sure you've all read the statement, but before I open the call to questions, I'd like to say a few words on our performance and outlook.

Compass continues to perform extremely well. We're delivering strong market-leading growth at industry-leading margins whilst at the same time, continuing to invest for the future both through internal initiatives; our 3Ps, our Performance, People and Purpose; and through bolt-on acquisitions.
