Well, thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. Welcome to Boralex year-end and fourth quarter conference call. Joining me today are Patrick Lemaire, President and Chief Executive Officer; Bruno Guilmette, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Jean-François Thibodeau, Former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, who will be retiring at the end of the month. And also with us are other members of our management team and finance team.
