Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Ryan Stokes, Interim Chairman of Beach Energy. I declare the 2023 Beach Energy Annual General Meeting open and can confirm a quorum is present.

I'll begin with some quick housekeeping matters. If you haven't already done so, could you please turn your mobile phone to silent.
