Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining this BAE Systems Webex. Today on the call, we have Charles Woodburn, Chief Executive; Brad Greve, incoming Group Finance Director; and Tom Arseneault, President and incoming CEO of our Inc. business; and the Investor Relations team of myself, Martin Cooper; and Sejal Ierland.

I should remind everyone we're in our close period before our preliminary results on the 20th of February, so today's presentation and Q&A will only be on the acquisitions we have announced this morning.
