Good morning, everyone. And welcome to the presentation of ASSAABLOY's Year-End Report 2019. My name is Björn Tibell, and joining me here is our CEO, Nico Delvaux; and our CFO, Erik Pieder. We have set aside about 1 hour for this call. And we will, as usual, start now with a presentation of the report before we open up for your questions. So with that, I would like to hand over to you, Niko.

Thanks, Bjorn, and also good morning from my side. Q4 report for ASSA ABLOY, a quarter with a lower organic growth of 1% with a strong growth in the Americas, but a negative growth in APAC, a lower organic growth complemented with good growth through acquisitions of 3%. A stable EBIT margin, with strong EBIT growth of 8% and a record cash flow of SEK 5.2 billion. And we also booked now the cost for -- the remaining cost of our MFP 7 program.
