All right, everybody. Thank you for joining us for the corporate presentation for Watsco. I think it's a bit of a technical issue. So like we won't have the presentation, but Barryâs a great narrator, and he will take you through it.
So those of you who aren't familiar with the company, Watsco from humble origins a long time ago started off as a manufacturer of HVAC components, but eventually migrated the business model to distribution and divested the manufacturing business and has grown very quickly over time to become the largest distributor of HVAC products in the United States. And as a public company, has been one of the most successful building products companies in terms of shareholder value creation over its life.
So with that brief intro, I'll turn it over to Barry to kind of walk you through basics of the business and talk about looking forward.
