Today, we have Matt Toms, Global Chief Investment Officer of Voya Investment Management as well as Mike Katz, Executive Vice President of Finance. We're just going to be discussing investment portfolios, primarily commercial real estate and trying to get a handle on sort of the latest in that subsector.
