Good afternoon, everyone. I'm David Katz, gaming, lodging and leisure analyst with Jefferies, again. I appreciate you all joining us this afternoon. What we have next is a presentation from Six Flags Entertainment.
What I will say very quickly before I turn it over to the team is that Six Flags is currently among the top picks in our coverage. It's on the firm's franchise pick list platform-wide. And the reason we highlight it is not because it is necessarily an obvious play on the recovery, but because we observe a retooling underway in the operating model that really was just in its formative stages when COVID began, and we think should be playing out in the near term as we exit from COVID. And so we do think that there is quite a bit to do and quite a bit left to go. And I'll leave it there.
