All right. Let's get started here. Good afternoon. My name is Ryan Sundby. I'm the research analyst here at William Blair that covers Six Flags. With us today is Six Flags' Investor Relations and Treasurer, Steve Purtell; and Senior Vice President of Domestic Theme Park Operations, Tom Iven.
Six Flags is the largest regional theme park operator in the world. The company now owns 26 theme and water parks throughout North America after adding 6 parks to the portfolio in the past year or so, which, in total, attracts more than 30 million guest visits per year. Six Flags parks provide a family-oriented entertainment experience through an array of attractions, restaurants, shows, games and retail outlets. And the company also enters into licensing agreements with third parties to assist in the development and management of Six Flags-branded theme parks.
