Thank you, Larry, and thank you all for joining me this afternoon. Hope all is well and the lunch was great. I'm here today to give you an overview of Service Corporation International at $3.2 billion, SCI is the largest in a highly fragmented industry. We've got about 15% to 16% market share out there. Our market cap today is around $8 billion. We've got about 24,000 employees, so very labor-intensive business that we've got.
We generate about $1.8 billion of preneed sales every single year between the funeral segment and the cemetery segment, people coming in, wanting to go ahead and figure out where they want to be laid to rest on the cemetery side, and then how they'd like to be laid to rest or their funeral arrangements
