Thank you so much for joining us for this last session of the first day of the Raymond James conference. It's great to have everyone back, and thanks for hanging out with us for this afternoon session.
I'm really pleased to bring back M.D.C. Holdings to talk about some housing trends and what we're seeing in the market. We've got Bob Martin, the CFO of MDC. We've known him for well over a decade now. It's been -- going back over quite a ways.
Just a fantastic story of continued operational improvement; continued execution; strong balance sheet management; really phenomenal company that's headquartered in Denver, Colorado; largest homebuilder, I believe it's the largest homebuilder in Colorado -- it's safe to say that; pretty dominant market share; and a really rapidly growing market as well as really strong market positions in several rapidly growing areas, like Phoenix and Las Vegas and Salt Lake City and a few new markets as well that we'll talk about as well.
