What things have gone better than expected thus far? And what would you say have been some of the challenges that you're focused on right now and kind of working through those over the next year or 2?

Stephen D. Farber - MEDNAX, Inc. - Executive VP & CFOSure. I guess the way I think about it is, MEDNAX has been working through -- like I've been CFO, I guess, for 2 quarters. I was here for a little while before first that part of the role got turned over, and MEDNAX has been working through a number of challenges, really, I guess, probably since the beginning of '17 or something right around that.
