Good morning, and welcome to our 58th Annual Meeting. Although the circumstances driving our decision to go virtual are obviously unfortunate, we're delighted to enable participation to a broad range of shareholders all over the world.
I'm joined at this meeting by Scott Andreasen, our Vice President and Secretary; and Jeff Jones, our President and CEO, is also available to answer questions during the Q&A session.
