Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Gildan Activewear Annual Shareholders Meeting. My name is Donald Berg, and I am Chair of the Board. I'm joined today by Glenn Chamandy, our President and Chief Executive Officer; Rhod Harries, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer; and Lindsay Matthews, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
