It is my pleasure to welcome all of you to our 2020 annual meeting of stockholders. We are conducting our annual meeting virtually this year via webcast. We have adopted this meeting format due to the concerns related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to improve access and facilitate participation by our stockholders in our annual meeting during this time.
