Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Genpact's 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Tiger Tyagarajan, and I am Genpact's President and CEO. It is now 12:05 p.m. Eastern Time, and I would like to call our 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder to order. I would like to thank all of our shareholders and everyone else in attendance at today's virtual meeting for attending it.
