Good morning, and welcome to the Special Meeting of Stockholders of Desktop Metal. I'm Ric Fulop, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Desktop Metal, and I'll act as Chair of this Special Meeting. We will conduct the business portion of the meeting first, as set forth in the proxy statement previously furnished to the stockholders. The only matters that may be brought before this meeting are matters specified in the proxy statement. Joining us on the call today are several members of our Board of Directors: Meg Broderick, our General Counsel; Jason Cole, our CFO; and our Inspector of Elections.
