Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of BCE. My name is Gordon Nixon, and I'm very pleased to once again preside over this meeting as your Chair of the BCE Board of Directors. And I will now call the meeting to order.

I'm now happy to introduce the people who are on stage with me today. To my far left is George Cope, our President and Chief Executive Officer.
