On behalf of the Board and management, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the company's annual meeting of the shareholders.
As we have done in recent years, we are hosting our meeting in a virtual-only format through a live audio webcast. We have found that the virtual format is more inclusive and many more shareholders have been able to join us virtually than previously at our in-person meetings. Even though the meeting is in the virtual format, procedure has been implemented to ensure that shareholders and proxy holders, regardless of their location will be able to participate in this meeting and engage with us.
