We're very pleased to host Alistair Baker, the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Royal Gold. This year, we've made a particular emphasis on the royalty and streaming companies and a high inflationary environment, they don't suffer CapEx and OpEx inflation. But if inflation drives up the price of gold or silver or copper, they benefit.
