Yes, Cosmos, I really wish I could. I wish I had more to say. We really don't have much to add past our August 21 press release. At that point, the parties were still in discussions. The parties are still in discussions, but no agreement has been able to materialize through those meetings, through those talks.
The only thing I'd just like to add has nothing to do with the assets. The assets are quite good. We really -- we like the assets. If the transaction were to not proceed, it doesn't affect the
