Yes. Thanks, John, and good morning, everyone. So like said, I'm Eric Cremers, I'm with PotlatchDeltic, I'm the CEO. Jerry Richards is the CFO. PotlatchDeltic is the third largest timber REIT in the United States. We have 3 business segments that we operate in.
The first one is our Timberlands segment, with 1.8 million acres of timberland, about 600,000 acres up in Idaho and 1.2 million acres down in the U.S. Southeast, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. We harvest about 6 million tons of logs per year on a sustainable basis, and we replant 22 million seedlings per year.
