Good afternoon. Welcome to the Lexaria Bioscience Corporation Special Shareholder Meeting Conference Call. I will now hand over the call to Christopher Bunka. Please go ahead.

Thank you. Welcome to the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Lexaria Bioscience Corp., which we are hosting today, the event conferencing. We're pleased that you've been able to join us today. Please note that we will address all received general questions after the formal part of this meeting is closed.

For those of you who don't know, my name is Chris Bunka, and I am the CEO and Chairman of Lexaria and I will be acting as the Chairman for the meeting. I'm also appointing Vanessa Carle to act as Secretary and Inspector of Elections of the meeting and will now ask Vanessa to calculate the number of shares present for voting to establish quorum.
