Okay. Welcome, everyone. I'm not sure if it's afternoon or morning, I've been up here all day. But good morning, good afternoon. We are very pleased to have with us Mr. Nick Dell'Osso, President and CEO of Chesapeake Energy. We're in for real treat today. Chesapeake is a premier natural gas operator with attractive positions in the Haynesville and the Marcellus. And the company has a very strong above all cash return framework that we're looking forward to very much talking about.
