Thank you, and thanks for joining us today. My name is John Evans, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Beam Therapeutics. Beam Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing precision genetic medicines through a new form of gene editing called base editing. I'm pleased to welcome you to our 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
