Good morning, everyone. I am Deborah Pawlowski, Investor Relations for Allied Motion. And I am pleased to welcome you to the company's virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Before we formally start the meeting, I want to walk you through the procedures for the conduct of the meeting. Regarding voting, you do not need to recast your vote today if you have already voted.
