Well, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It's just passed 1:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time, the time set for convening WEC Energy Group's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Gale Klappa, Executive Chairman of WEC Energy Group, and I will serve as Chairman for today's meeting.
