My pleasure to introduce Universal Health Services. As many of you know, they operate acute care and behavioral health facilities across 39 states, D.C., the U.K. and Puerto Rico. Through its subsidiaries, UHS operates 27 acute care hospitals, 335 behavioral facilities, 40 outpatient facilities and ambulatory care.
