Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the T. Rowe Price Group 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Bill Stromberg, Chair of the Board, President and CEO, and I will preside over today's meeting. I want to acknowledge these extraordinary and unsettling times, and we hope everyone is safe and healthy. In an effort to support the health and well-being of our stockholders, associates and directors, we determined to hold this meeting in a virtual format.
I'd like to call the meeting to order. The agenda and rules of conduct are available on the virtual meeting site. The rules of conduct will govern how we run the meeting, and as stated in the rules of conduct, please limit your remarks to the proposals set forth in the proxy statement. Please note, we have allotted an hour for the meeting.
