Thanks Suraj. Just a brief intro to ResMed. We're the global leader in connected and digital health. We've got 3 main businesses; sleep apnea -- untreated sleep apnea or sleep suffocation, respiratory care, treating COPD and other chronic diseases and our Software as a Service businesses providing the operating system for the providers of out-of-hospital care services now around the world. These are all incredible businesses with really strong growth profiles. The number of patients around the world with sleep apnea is approaching 1 billion people, only a tiny fraction of those people are even aware that they have the condition and the treatment would be a good option for them.
