Thanks, Neil. Yes, so the company itself, I think, in general, is still around craft skilled labor. It is really the core of where we're at. And I think as we see the energy transition and the trials and tribulations that are ongoing, you can kind of see what's going on in Europe and see some of the things that if we don't make the type of transitions that are necessary in a proper way, things can happen. And so I do think that Quanta sits at a really nice spot on tip of sphere type
