Good afternoon everyone and thank you for joining us here for the keynote of our day 2, which is a conversation with Phillips 66 and the leadership team, particularly, Mr. Greg Garland, Chairman and CEO of Phillips 66, joined by Jeff Dietert and Kevin Mitchell.
