Thank you, and good morning. Welcome to Principal Financial Group's Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Conference Call. As always, materials related to today's call are available on our website at principal.com/investor. There's been a key change to our financial supplement in the fourth quarter that I want to mention. We changed our definition of AUM to exclude assets managed by third parties on our retirement platforms. This had an impact on our reported total company AUM and net cash flow from how we reported previously.
Additionally, we broadened our definition of assets under administration to include AUM and other assets for which we earn a fee for providing administrative services. A detailed
