Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome. I'm Julie Edwards, Board Chair of ONEOK, Inc, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the ONEOK 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. We greatly value your participation. I call this meeting to order.
