Good morning, everyone, and welcome to NIKE's 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Mark Parker, Executive Chairman of NIKE, and I will chair today's meeting. I now call the meeting to order.
This is NIKE's 41st Annual Shareholder Meeting. After successfully hosting the meeting virtually last year, we're continuing to use the same webcasting model again this year.
To begin, I'll first ask our Corporate Secretary, Ann Miller, to explain the mechanics of today's meeting. I will then introduce certain key participants who are attending this meeting virtually, including our Board of Directors. Once introductions are complete, we will move to the proposals to be voted on.
