Steve joined Kellogg as CEO in October of 2017. Since taking over, Kellogg has expanded its snacks business and emerging market business, now representing 1/2 and 1 quarter of sales, respectively, of the -- today's company. And of course, as many of you know that we're in an exciting juncture as the company prepares to split into its global stack code called Kellanova, and U.S. Cereal code called W.K. Kellogg in late '23. So a great time to catch up with Steve, and thank you for joining us, Steve.
