Good afternoon. Thank you for joining us today for Kellogg Company's 98th Annual Shareowners' Meeting. As you are aware, we're in the grip of an unprecedented pandemic. As a leading global food company, we know being in the food industry is a special privilege with great responsibility. Traditionally, our Annual Shareholders' Meeting are held in a public forum in Battle Creek, Michigan. However, following both federal and state guidance requiring residents to stay home to slow the spread of the coronavirus, we're hosting this year's meeting virtually. Our primary focus is the health and wellbeing of our employees, shareowners and all stakeholders. Our decision to switch to a virtual-only meeting is only applicable for our 2020 meeting.
