So maybe as an introduction and to set the stage a little bit, I think the IPG and the broader agency space have been performing pretty strongly if you look at since COVID. And coming out of a period where the group was perceived as maybe being structurally challenged. So can you maybe just go back and explain what have been the main tailwinds and structural drivers in recent years? And how do you see those structural growth opportunities evolve if you think about the next couple of years?
