Great. So next up, we have IFF with us and very excited to meet in person for the first time and have with us the company's new CEO, Frank Clyburn. Frank, before we get into some kind of near-term and then longer term strategic questions, I thought it could be a good idea for you to just introduce yourself and given your background in pharma, sort of how you see that is translating to being very applicable to leading the world's largest specialty ingredients company.

So Lauren, one, thanks, and thanks, everybody, for coming in, really appreciate being able to spend some time and talk about IFF. 30-plus years, Lauren, in pharma, I think the skills that I learned and had a chance to work on they are very applicable to IFF. IFF is an innovation story, and we'll talk much more about that. And obviously, a lot of experiences in R&D, R&D operations and innovation in pharma.
