Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Steve Collis, Chairman and CEO of AmerisourceBergen. And on behalf of the company's Board of Directors and management, I am pleased to welcome all of you to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We hope that everyone is staying safe and well as we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
As provided in the company's bylaws, I will act as Chairman of the meeting and Mr. Korey Pirouz, who is the secretary of the corporation, will act as secretary of the meeting.
