Good afternoon, everybody. Next, it is my pleasure to welcome Gary Shedlin, CFO of BlackRock. With nearly $8 trillion in assets under management, BlackRock is the largest asset manager in the world, with an industry-leading 6% organic asset growth over the last 12 months, and more impressively, a 7% organic fee-based growth over the same time period.
In addition to its leading ETF business, BlackRock's organic growth success has been very broad-based this year across a number of asset classes and geographies, including flows in active equities and accelerated momentum in private markets.
