Good morning. Thank you for joining us today, and welcome to the Ameriprise Financial Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Jim Cracchiolo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. I am joined by Tom Moore, our Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer, who will oversee today's meeting, which is our first completely virtual annual meeting.

As we informed our shareholders, we are holding this meeting virtually to adhere to government guidelines regarding the COVID-19 virus in restricting large gatherings and to support the health and safety of our shareholders, directors and employees.
